This Listicle Convinces You By Reason Three. It Doesn’t Let You Buy Until Reason Six.

The proof peaks less than halfway down the page. The only button on it waits at the bottom.
Reason three on this page is “Your Sheets Are Damaging Your Skin.” It tells the reader their “bed could be harboring more bacteria than a toilet seat,” ties that bacteria directly to “acne and other problems,” and warns that unwashed sheets “clog your pores, leading to even more breakouts.”
That’s a genuinely strong beat. It’s specific, it’s visceral, and by the time a reader finishes it they’ve either decided this is disgusting enough to fix or they haven’t.
Scroll past it and there’s nowhere to act on that decision. No button. Just reason four, reason five, and reason six standing between a reader who’s already sold and the only “Get Your Miracle Now” on the page. Some percentage of the readers convinced at reason three never make it to reason six. That’s not a copy problem. That’s a page that built its own exit and put it in the wrong place.
