From “No 6-Month Waitlists” to “Now What?”: Inside LiveWell’s Men’s Psychiatry Intake Funnel

For many men, seeking psychiatric care is not a single, generic decision. It is usually tied to something specific that has become difficult to ignore: racing thoughts, panic attacks, unfinished tasks, low mood, trauma, medication concerns, substance use, or a feeling that life is getting harder to manage.
LiveWell Vancouver’s Meta carousel recognizes that reality. Instead of running one broad “online psychiatry” ad, it gives prospective patients multiple, condition-specific ways into the funnel: anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, medication management, bipolar disorder, addiction psychiatry, and insurance access.
The campaign’s strength is its specificity. Its weakness comes later.
Every “Book Now” CTA routes straight into a detailed Zoho intake form, and while the form collects information a healthcare provider may genuinely need, the post-submit experience gives only a generic confirmation.
After submitting, no additional acknowledgement or follow-up was received during our observation period, leaving the prospective patient with little clarity about what happens next.
In this page:
The ad: One audience, multiple reasons to seek care
The primary text establishes the campaign’s overarching positioning:
“Men deserve care that actually gets them. LiveWell offers expert psychiatry for men, focused on mental health, confidence, and real results. 💪
Insurance accepted.”
This is strong positioning because it combines three types of reassurance:
Audience recognition: Care is designed with men in mind.
Emotional relevance: The provider understands the experience, not just the diagnosis.
Practical accessibility: Insurance is accepted.
Then the carousel does the real acquisition work.
